Notice regarding Safari Investments RSA Limited
Safari Investments RSA Limited is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Heriot REIT Limited and has been delisted from the JSE Limited.
Heriot REIT Limited (“Heriot”) notified the market that, following the acquisition of all remaining shares in Safari Investments RSA Limited (“Safari”), Safari became a wholly owned subsidiary of Heriot with effect from 22 December 2025.
Consequently, Safari was delisted from the JSE Limited on 23 December 2025.
Safari continues to operate as part of the Heriot portfolio, managing a selection of properties on behalf of the group. Details of all properties within the Heriot portfolio are available at www.heriotreit.com.
